Alicia Malone

Alicia was hired for FilmStruck, the TCM streaming service in 2015. Malone took Robert Osborne's and Ben Mankiewicz's introductions to listen to them in front of the cameras ahead of her TCM hosting channel broadcast audition. She auditioned in 2017 for the Turner Classic Movies hosting position. They hired her January the following year. Malone spoke about the challenges women face in the movie industry twice in TEDx presentation. Maree appeared on other television programs as well, including Today NPR CNN The Movies documentary MSNBC Access Hollywood E! Entertainment Tonight, MTV & ABC's Live from the Red Carpet Oscar Pre-show for the 2019 Oscars. This is the YouTube programme Indie Movie Guide she created for Fandango, and which she was the host.
